I'm Japanese American with Irish and Italian heritage, and was born and grew up in Tokyo, Japan. I'm currently based near Boulder, Colorado. Drawing has been a lifelong hobby of mine, and I have about 14 years of experience with digital art as of 2024. I began offering commissions in August of 2014, and because of favoring animal features, quickly tended towards the furry and broader anthropomorphic communities. Over the past 10 years, working on commissions has allowed me to greatly improve my skill level and diversify my subject matters. I love what I do, and I'm happy to provide art for the community!

Fully rendered scene with a background environment in addition to the character(s). Character(s) may be smaller or larger in the scene based on preference.
Exact pricing for background scenes will be discussed, but the chart below is good for general reference. Artificial objects and scenery are generally considered more complex. Don't be afraid to ask if you're unsure!

A character designed from scratch or based on a previous/old design that you own. You can have as much or as little involvement in the designing process as you'd like. Charging by the hour allows for unlimited revisions.
Image references for key features are recommended for best results, but not required – a thorough, written description will do.The default includes front and back fullbody views in flat color, and standard anatomical pose. Profile fullbody view(s) are available as add-ons.

Payment Process
After your order is approved, an invoice will be sent for an initial deposit (see price listing).
Once the deposit has been paid and your commission is next in the queue, I will start a timer and begin work on the design. I will only advance the timer when I am actively working (no breaks or pauses included). Progress WIPs will be provided along the way, and I will keep you updated on the timer. You will be able to request edits or feedback at any time during the process - since this is not a flat rate service, feel free to be as picky as you need to be!
When the design is finalized, you will be provided with a thumbnail preview and a new invoice will be sent according to the total work time, minus the initial deposit.

Custom character design is available for an additional fee: $30 for moderate complexity, or $50 USD for high complexity. This is required if the character currently has no art showing most of the appearance, or a significant design update is desired. I do not charge for very simple designs that require only minimal explanation, e.g. "blue fox".

A page filled with an assortment of fully lined, flat color character drawings. Poses/expressions can be specified or left to artistic freedom. For medium and large pages, the minimum drawing count is typically made up by fullbodies, thigh-ups, and halfbodies, and up to 5 extra busts and headshots are added to fill in any spaces.The page can feature one or multiple different characters. In scenes that involve multiple characters, each character within that scene will count towards the total number of drawings. Objects or props added by me are not counted.

my commission terms
* I take payment in full upfront, except for commissions charged by the hour.
* Complex character designs, gear, and/or the addition of props/objects may cost extra.
* Refunds/cancellations are available for any work that has not already been done.
* You will have a chance to request edits after each WIP stage. I am happy to make any requested edits, however, please keep in mind that I cannot provide unlimited revisions for free (hourly rate commissions exempt). Mistakes on my end will always be corrected free of charge.
* I reserve the rights to the final artwork and any WIPs. The commissioned art may be used for personal purposes by the client and any recipients only.
* Commercial (for profit) use of commissioned content is prohibited, unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand. This includes use with monetized streaming accounts, Youtube channels, and similar. For Twitch emotes, permission is given only for monetized channel use, not other forms of commercial use.
* Unauthorized artists may not alter the commissioned content in any way. This includes editing, drawing over, or using parts of my art in their own work without my permission. If you need an edit after the commission is completed, please ask me instead of going to another artist.
* Do not use my art to train AI art generators, in blockchain technologies (NFT/crypto), or for any related purposes.Please contact me if you have any questions.

Unfortunately, things have been tough for artists everywhere recently due to multiple factors (the rise of AI art, economic inflation, cost of living, etc.). I am finding it difficult to charge fair prices for my skill and experience level like I was able to 5-10 years ago.
